Holly took my order over the phone for a funeral arrangement. She was very helpful and the flowers were lovely. I do not live in the area and did not want to call an 800 number. By chance I called this local store and I would highly recommend.

The arrangement was beautiful. When I commented on how big it was, Ally popped her head out from the back and let me know she had added certain flowers and pieces in order to make it look and last best. The 3 young women were all super welcoming and it was clear each felt a sense of ownership and customer service. One of them carried the arrangement out to my car in the rain.

I ordered online for my sister, who was in the hospital. I wrote that Sarah loves candy canes and to add as many as possible. Sarah was so surprised and absolutely loved the arrangement! She sent me 5 photos of it. I live over 2 hrs away, so it was so nice to be able to have this delivered. I ordered on a Saturday, just after 12. I was told that the arrangement may not be delivered that day, but Sarah received it around 3pm that same day. Wonderful service. I received a note from Ally saying that it was delivered and how happy Sarah was.
