We require a phone number for delivery coordination. If you put your own number for the recipient then you assume delivery responsibility. We cover delivery areas where there's private property, and assorted wild life that can eat the flowers if left out. Due to incidents with dogs jumping on our delivery vehichles, and our staff being treated poorly by recipients for arriving unexpected we will no longer allow suprise deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope you can understand that the safety of our staff and protection of our vehicles is one of our top priorities.
